Job summary

NOW Health Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the assigned manufacturing area on a shift basis. The role focuses on safe, quality, and efficient production while adhering to GMP and company policies.

You will oversee workflow, schedules, and reporting, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of a high-functioning team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree OR at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior lead experience and/or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned area(s) including workflow and assignments to ensure smooth production.
• Participates in scheduling to meet daily production schedules.
• Produces and reviews daily production reports for KPI adherence and efficiency.
• Monitors KPIs and drives productivity and quality.
• Collaborates with other departments to obtain necessary supplies and services.
• Leads and coaches shift teams with management guidance.
