Job summary

Monogram-Food-Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee one or more production lines, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and efficient output. The role requires reading spec sheets and maintaining clean, safe work areas while guiding line workers and coordinating with maintenance as needed.

You will train staff, monitor production metrics, and manage daily tasks such as changeovers and packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line(s) and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Inspect lines for hazards before and during production.
• Coordinate line workers, assign tasks, train staff, and monitor daily metrics.
• Perform changeovers, packing, and transfer products as needed.
• Escalate issues to Production Manager and support maintenance.
