Job summary

ModWash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a ModWash location and support the general manager with site and team responsibilities. You will drive membership sales, educate customers on the value of unlimited wash packages, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining equipment, supervising staff, managing inventory, and coaching the team to enroll new members.

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service.
