ModWash in Clemson, SC is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily location operations and drive membership sales. You will greet guests, explain unlimited wash packages, and guide customers to select the best plan. You’ll ensure amazing experiences and help the team reach sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Open availability, outdoor work, and strong communication skills are essential. We offer paid training, commission on top plans, and a fun team atmosphere at ModWash.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
