Job summary

ModWash in the United States is hiring a Key Holder to run daily operations, greet guests, guide them through packages, and promote membership options while ensuring great service.

This full-time role requires an outgoing, energetic personality, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to supervise team, maintain site standards, and keep equipment in good shape.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
