Job summary

Save A Lot in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to direct store operations and support the Store Manager. You will oversee opening/closing, supervise team members, handle cash and customer transactions, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service orientation and ability to train team members.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work shifts; ability to travel to multiple locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store according to procedures.
• Direct and monitor daily activities of store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner; resolve complaints and process exchanges/refunds.
• Handle cash counts, tills, and gift card sales; complete electronic store reports.
• Perform cashier and stocking duties as needed; enforce health and safety standards.
