Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Alabama is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead crew, and ensure fast, friendly service across stations including fountain, grill, drive-thru where applicable.

You will train new employees, enforce policies, manage cleanliness, and handle guest concerns. This role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• General restaurant knowledge and food service basics.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Lead regular cleaning and sanitation duties and uphold safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and shift operations.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
