Mo' Bettahs in Hurst, TX is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to help run the shift when the General Manager or Manager in Training is absent. You will supervise Team Members, ensure standards are met, and support cooking, prep, and service to deliver a top-notch Hawaiian plate lunch experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and efficient, accurate service. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have a valid license, and be authorized to work in the US.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shift Leads perform duties of Team Members with added leadership responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operations, product preparation, delivery, restaurant maintenance and other duties as required.
• Lead the team to deliver fast and accurate service to customers.
