Carrols operates Burger King restaurants in Millington, TN, seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and uphold BK standards.

You’ll coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, manage cash procedures and inventory, and work with the RGM/AM to drive guest satisfaction while growing into higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
