Job summary

Taco Bell in Wareham is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, ensure food safety and quality, and partner with the GM on business initiatives. This role rewards leadership with development opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training support, scheduling, inventory oversight, and maintaining health and safety standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Basic Math skills and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, coaching Team Members to ensure performance.
• Oversee food preparation, quality, safety, and timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM and assist with training.
• Screen Team Member candidates and assist with labor management.
• Maintain inventory, cash control, and security procedures.
• Enforce health and safety standards and facility upkeep.
