Job summary

Krystal Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader at a Georgia location to support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and model Krystal’s Core Values.

You will train and coach the team, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and partner with management to drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and potential travel to other stores as needed for coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software – proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, & weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates

Responsibilities

• Support store management daily operations.
• Train, coach and recognize A+ talent.
• Ensure food safety standards while running shifts.
• Drive customer-focused culture and service excellence.
• Assist with cash/security, inventory and labor controls.
