Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in selecting, training and coaching A+ talent.
• Support daily operations to ensure compliance with Krystal standards.
• Drive customer-focused service and resolve issues to meet standards.
• Assist with cash/inventory/labor controls and close gaps as needed.
