Einstein Bros Bagels in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You will help open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check where applicable.
• ServSafe Certification required before leadership training completion.
• Must have or obtain driver's license and meet driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
