Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift—from open to close.
• Guide, motivate, and support your team through each rush.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately.
• Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment.
• Run pre-shift huddles and keep communication clear.
• Train and support new team members.
• Maintain shop standards when the store manager or assistant manager is out.
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts.
