Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio to lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, speedy service, cleanliness and safety standards are met. You’ll coach the crew, respond to issues, and keep the team focused on delivering a great guest experience.

Under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution, follow BK standards, manage workflow, and help drive profitability while building leadership

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
Coach and motivate the crew by giving feedback and supporting development.
Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, and directing workflow.
Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
