Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Ohio to lead a team during shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and keep the team focused and motivated.

This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and offers opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
