Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC seeks an energetic Shift Lead for our Starbucks licensed store on 30A in Seacrest Beach, FL. You’ll own the guest experience, guide a fast-moving team, and make real-time decisions to keep the store running smoothly on shift.

Lead from the floor, mentor baristas, and ensure quality drinks while upholding Starbucks standards. This high-volume location rewards leadership with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Able to coach and support a fast-moving team during peak times.
• Proactive in maintaining brand standards and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift from the floor, direct workflow, and support baristas for a consistent Starbucks experience.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, safe counts, and end-of-day reporting.
• Coach the team on drink craft, recipes, and brand standards in real time.
• Manage shift staffing and adjust roles as volume changes.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and care to encourage return visits.
• Execute daily tasks like inventory checks, cleaning, and stocking.
• Train new team members and model expected behaviors.
• Communicate shift notes and operational issues to the Store Manager.
