Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking a Coffeehouse Supervisor for our Starbucks licensed store on 30A in Seacrest Beach, FL. You’ll lead daily operations, coach Baristas, manage inventory, and ensure a top-tier Starbucks Experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development of staff
• Ability to balance people and operations, build team culture
• Excellent communication with team and leaders; remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Coffeehouse Leader and drive toward goals
• Coach Baristas and Shift Leads; provide real-time feedback on drink craft
• Oversee inventory: ordering, receiving, stock levels
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage; step in as floor lead
• Ensure the Starbucks Experience is delivered to every guest
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and standards
