Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for our Milton, GA Starbucks-licensed store in Market District. You will guide this fast-paced team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and act as floor leader when the Store Manager is off-site, keeping operations smooth and guests delighted.

You’ll mentor teammates, manage flow, and uphold Starbucks standards while embracing a warm, guest-centric approach on every shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong guest focus and hospitality attitude.
• Comfort with POS systems and daily reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift from the floor, directing workflow and supporting baristas.
• Open or close the store, handle cash and end-of-day reporting.
• Coach team on drink craft, recipes, and brand standards in real time.
• Manage shift staffing and adjust roles as volume changes.
• Address guest concerns with confidence and care to ensure return visits.
• Perform daily tasks: inventory checks, cleaning, stocking.
• Train new team members and model store standards.
• Communicate shift notes and issues to Store Manager.
