Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking a Coffeehouse Supervisor for our Starbucks licensed Seacrest Beach store on 30A, FL. You will partner with the Coffeehouse Leader to manage daily operations, coach Baristas and Shift Leads, and maintain inventory and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Coffeehouse Leader to drive toward goals.
• Coach and develop Baristas and Shift Leads, providing real-time feedback on drink craft and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory: ordering, receiving, and stock levels to keep the store guest-ready.
• Help with scheduling and shift coverage, stepping in to lead the floor as needed.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers the Starbucks Experience to every guest.
• Foster a strong team culture and partner engagement; drive results and standards.
• Monitor performance and implement actions to improve results.
• Serve as floor leader when needed and handle guest concerns with care.
