Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Shift Lead in Los Angeles to organize shift schedules for production staff and monitor attendance. You will assign duties, coordinate with staff and cover gaps as needed, while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring shift adherence, reporting repairs, and supporting smooth operations across crews with flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a similar role.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organizing shift schedules for production staff - vehicle operators, depot specialists.
• Monitoring attendance, shrinkage and managing time offs.
• Assigning duties to staff based on role and skills.
• Coordinating schedules with staff and assisting with tasks as necessary.
• Covering for absences and shortfalls in staffing.
• Inspect equipment and communicate repair needs to deport.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
