Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team and help drive daily store operations. You will assist customers, handle purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and ensure shelves and dispensers are stocked and clean.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
Must be 18+ years of age (21+ in some states) as noted in requirements.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
Operating cash register and ensuring fuel and merchandise availability.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment and supporting store operations.
Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
