Murphy USA Inc. in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking part-time Shift Lead/Customer Service associates to join our team.

You will provide prompt, courteous service, assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, and help lead daily store operations to meet performance goals. Requirements include at least a high school diploma or GED, 3 months cashier experience, 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience).
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experiences.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In absence of management, cover daily/monthly paperwork, problem solving, inventory ordering, and training new employees.
