Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring a part-time Shift Lead in Georgia to support daily store operations and deliver a prompt, courteous customer experience.

The Shift Lead assists with transactions, supervise team members, and helps ensure fuel and merchandise availability while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Must meet minimum age and cashier experience requirements, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; some states have higher age thresholds for employment.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Maintain fuel and merchandise availability and store cleanliness.
• Support Store Manager and lead the team to meet store goals.
