Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).
• Basic Math skills.
• Attendance and Punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift duties with energy to meet KFC standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee team members and ensure completion of shift tasks; maintain clean, neat appearance.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and labor in line with policies.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on performance and guide Team Members.
