Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members completion of shift tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Maintain inventory, labor, and cash control procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and health standards.
