Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a Winning Team on each shift. You will set a positive tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling, and coach staff in real time while addressing guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll oversee training, inventory, and promotions, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.

• Train and develop store team members to meet service and safety standards.
