Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is seeking part-time Shift Leads across several states, including Arkansas, to guide store operations and ensure a superior customer experience.

You will support the Store Manager and help lead the team toward achieving store goals. The role includes daily pay access, healthcare (medical/dental/vision), a 401K with company matches, PTO, and education assistance, with opportunities for promotion to Assistant Manager in as little as six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (19 in IN, 20 in KY, 21 in AR/CA/IL/KS/MS/NM/TN/UT)
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise availability
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed performance goals
• Perform duties as assigned; back-up duties during absence
