The role emphasizes ownership, leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality across shifts. The ideal candidate has restaurant/retail experience with 3 months lead experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and labor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' shift tasks and appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on performance.
• Assist RGM in screening Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
