You will lead shifts, coach team members, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and work closely with the GM on operational goals. Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physical ability to move up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards
• Coach and guide team members and provide regular feedback
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations
• Assist with training, hiring, and some cash control procedures
• Support management in labor, inventory, and P&L procedures
• Maintain health and safety standards and facility upkeep
