Qualifications

• 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Operates cash register and makes change.
• Basic math skills.
• Supports health and safety standards.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC Routine to meet guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in coaching.
• Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Support Profit & Loss through cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product prep, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
