Job summary

Burger King in Bartlett, TN is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensure food quality, fast service, cleanliness and safety, and coach the crew with timely feedback.

Under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and help drive profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
