Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Lafayette, TN. You will lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and model strong communication while directing shift execution under the RGM and AM. Responsibilities include guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service and contributing to profitability.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
