Job summary
Mondelēz International in Naperville, IL is seeking a Shift Leader on a fast-paced food production line. You will lead safety, quality, and throughput initiatives, coach frontline teams, and partner with maintenance and CI to deliver continuous improvement.
Must have a Bachelor's in Ops/Engineering/Food Sci/Business and 1–3 years in high-speed manufacturing or frontline leadership. Proficiency with GMP/HACCP and SAP a plus, with strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ops/Engineering/Food Sci/Business or equivalent.
- 1–3 years in high-speed manufacturing or frontline leadership.
- Knowledge of GMP/HACCP; Lean/TPM exposure and SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety, quality, and throughput on a high-speed line.
- Coach frontline teams and manage hourly performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and WOs.
- Drive Lean and TPM initiatives, 5S and SMED where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, sanitation, and audit readiness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP enforcement.
