Bring strong communication and leadership skills to a fast-paced environment; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or similar team preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain product quality, accuracy, and presentation to standards.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Step into crew member duties during busy periods to support operations.
