Sizzling Platter LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to guide team members, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences on busy shifts.

You will coach Crew Members, ensure product quality and safety, assist with opening/closing, and step into Crew duties as needed to keep operations smooth.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
