Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations. Shift Leads are trained to perform all Team Member duties with added responsibility to keep the shift running smoothly, especially when the General Manager or MIT is absent.

You will help ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and staff management, while guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service and the best possible guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties of Team Members with added leadership responsibilities.
