Mo' Bettahs in Utah is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations and guide team members through a smooth shift. You will help ensure product quality, customer service, and restaurant maintenance while coaching staff and managing workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required or assigned.
• Help lead the team in delivering fast and accurate service to provide the best customer experience.
