Job summary

Savory MB Stores, LLC's Mo' Bettahs restaurant in Utah is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the team, ensure smooth shift operations, and fill in for leadership in the absence of the GM or Manager in Training. You will help with product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintaining restaurant standards.

This role emphasizes fast and accurate service, teamwork, and leadership to provide the best guest experience. Full-time/part-time opportunities and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT).
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Help lead the team in giving customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
