Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Provo, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and support team members with a smooth shift. You will perform duties of a Team Member with added responsibility for consistency in product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.

The role emphasizes leading the team to deliver fast, accurate service and an exceptional guest experience while adhering to company standards. Availability for flexible full- and part-time shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required or assigned.
• Help lead the team in delivering fast and accurate service to provide the best customer experience.
