Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support Team Members and assume leadership in the absence of the General Manager or MIT. You will help ensure smooth shift operations, uphold company standards across food prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance, and contribute to delivering fast, accurate service.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience and a willingness to lead a team, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with duties of Team Members.
• Lead shift during absence of GM or MIT.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operation, product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance.
• Help deliver fast and accurate service to customers.
