Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is hiring for a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and support Team Members on shifts. In the absence of the General Manager or MIT, you’ll take a leadership role and ensure smooth operation, quality food prep, and excellent customer service.

You will work with the team to maintain restaurant standards, manage customer relations, and assist in maintaining a fast, accurate service environment. This role supports both full-time and part-time shift options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and support Team Members, stepping into leadership when GM/MIT is absent.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.
• Lead the team to deliver fast and accurate service to customers.
