Job summary

Domino’s is looking for a dependable Shift Lead to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on, direct the shift, maintain high standards, and help customers while training and supporting the team. Prior management experience is helpful but not required, with training available for the right candidate.

You’ll lead during busy times, manage tasks, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment while growing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements for the position.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team, and management.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to use computers and touchscreens.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and follow Domino’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the pace for the team.
• Assist customers at front counter and pickup window.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items per Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Keep store clean, organized, and safe; delegate tasks.
• Coach teammates and support new hires.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Support management and communicate shift information.
