Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• Strong communication and leadership potential for coaching teammates.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew, provide feedback, and keep everyone energized during shifts.
• Lead shift operations, execute the plan, uphold BK standards and direct workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
