Jimmy John’s in Whitefish Bay, WI is seeking a Shift Lead to run a shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to operational standards during the shift.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, assist with daily food preparation, route deliveries, and handle cash duties while maintaining service speed and accuracy in a high-energy environment. Evening and weekend availability a must.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
