Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations and high-quality guest service. You will lead by example, support teammates, and help manage shift flow while maintaining food quality and speed of service.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling inventory and cash, and keeping the dining area clean and well stocked. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law).
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support team members during shifts.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as needed.
