Landed, a Jimmy John’s franchisee in Texas, seeks a Person in Charge to oversee daily store operations and lead a small team. You’ll manage food prep, service, and staff tasks while ensuring a fast, clean, and friendly guest experience.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and upkeep of equipment during shifts, with opportunities for advancement within the franchise. Must be 18+ and able to work 40–50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Basic math including addition, subtraction, and fractions.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands during shifts.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuance of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
