Jimmy John’s franchisee in Missouri is seeking a freaky F.A.S.S.T. Person in Charge to manage daily restaurant operations and keep the store freaky clean while delivering fast, fresh sandwiches.

The role supports leadership development, with opportunities to advance to Assistant or General Manager within the store or organization. Competitive wages and benefits are offered, including meal programs and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• The role leads to growth into Assistant/General Manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing supplies.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
