Long John Silver's is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant shift and uphold brand standards. You will guide the team, ensure timely, safe food service, and maintain inventory and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.

Responsibilities
