Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plazas. You will manage team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, operating the POS, handling cash, training new hires, and maintaining product freshness and cleanliness.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling rules.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature control.
• Train new team members and monitor compliance with brand standards.
